We are looking for a SAP Basis Intermediate Consultant for our Keyrus International team.
As SAP Basis Consultant at Keyrus, you will work with a team of professionals with high technical skills, but above all with the best human qualities.
You will participate in projects for clients in different industries, using the latest technologies to carry out innovative projects.
What will your day-to-day be like?

You will be involved in: Provide SAP Basis expertise to our customers covering implementation, upgrades, for SAP systems such as SAP ECC/S4/Hana/CRM; but also SAP BI / BI4 / SAP CRM, SAP SCM, SAP GTS, SAP PI, SAP EP, SAP, SAP MDM, SAP BO.
Provide Level 2 and 3 support for assigned customers: Monitoring and ticketing: responsive support.
EWA, patching, analysis: pro-active support.
SAP/DB support.
Working in a Follow the sun organization.
Maintain technical documentation and transfer knowledge within the Basis team.
Ensure a staggered shift to relay with the teams in Asia.
Do you have what we are looking for?
We are excited to meet you if you have: Experience working in a multi-client support environment.
Solid experience with SAP HANA.
Demonstrates rigor and attention to detail.
Some experience with upgrades, migrations, installations, and patching.
Evidence of support experience with key SAP products: ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, Web Dispatcher, etc.
Availability for on-call support (1 weekend per month).
Skills & Experience Required Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent communication to face business users and lead workshops.
Demonstrated excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills; both oral and written are necessary.
Fluent in English and Spanish.

Knowledge of SAP RISE is a plus.
