We are adding a Salesforce Solution Architect to our incredible Service Cloud practice! Working closely with and reporting to our Service Cloud Practice Lead, you will be responsible for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA and launch their solutions. We are building a best-in-class delivery team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our Artificial Intelligence Team!
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processesTranslate customer requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom developmentConfigure Salesforce Service Cloud solutionsDevelop technical requirements and specifications for customers and the technical delivery teamDrive best practice UX design into each and every aspect of solution deliveryManage all aspects of projects and customer communicationsDeliver customer end user training and documentationOversee and be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned projectsExercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction from senior managementLead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership and managementPartner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customersREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years project experience in a hands-on technical consulting and project management role2+ years of project delivery experience with SalesforceDeep understanding of Salesforce administration required (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Force.com)Expert in designing and creating Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configurationExperience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics highly preferredDemonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources, and ability to fully understand technical solutions leveraging Apex, VisualForce and Web ServicesExperience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code developmentProfessional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management, project management expertise, and process methodologyExperience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects - including ground-up Service and Sales Cloud deploymentsProven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneouslyFull English proficiencyAbility to travel internationallyPREFERRED SKILLS:Ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved using SalesforceGreat with customers, quickly builds credibility, and a fantastic team player!Certifications: One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder); multiple certifications preferredBS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
