Job Description If you are interested, please submit your CV in English. We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on performing traditional Salesforce DevOps work, including implementing and managing the continuous integration and deployment processes. Additionally, this position will require expertise in Salesforce security practices and Salesforce Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, security, and automation, with a deep understanding of DevOps principles and best practices. Key Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement effective Salesforce DevOps processes and strategies. Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring efficient and error-free release cycles. Develop and maintain Salesforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate potential risks or vulnerabilities in Salesforce applications. Implement and configure Salesforce security controls, including but not limited to roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data security. Collaborate with development teams to define and enforce secure coding practices, including code reviews and static code analysis. Monitor and respond to security incidents and events, conducting root cause analysis and implementing remediation plans. Develop and maintain Salesforce Automation processes, leveraging Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flows, Apex Triggers) and Playwright to optimize sales and marketing operations. Provide technical guidance and support to Salesforce administrators, developers, and other stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce security and automation practices. Basic Requirements Proficiency in at least one Programming Language 3+ years of experience in designing the automation testing framework and developing testing scripts Sufficient Knowledge of Automation Tools Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket Expertise with Agile, DevOps Methodologies & Continuous Delivery Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge and proven expertise in project management tools such as Jira Preferred Experience and Skills: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and data security. Experience creating automated test scripts with Playwright automation tool.
