Salesforce Developer Our Salesforce Developer focuses on customizing and developing applications within the Salesforce platform. The role involves working with the Salesforce platform to build custom solutions that meet the unique business needs of an organization. You would work closely with product owners to understand their needs and the requirements in the technical solutions proposed that will enhance the overall functionality and support the client in the most efficient way. We offer stability and flexibility to integrate into working groups and similar challenging projects for our clients also in the financial sector, both public and private (banks, insurance, etc.). Academic/training requirements: Minimum academic training: Completed university, or training equivalent to a university baccalaureate or higher. Primary area of professional training: Graduate in Computing, Information Technology, Systems, or related Engineering. Secondary vocational training area: Software Development. At least 3 years of experience with development (Salesforce). Specific knowledge required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, or similar. Proficient with SOQL, and/or SQL. Understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and APIs, including Salesforce integration with service cloud and sales cloud solutions. Agile and Waterfall projects, and all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, integration, user acceptance testing, maintenance. Responsibilities/tasks to be executed according to the final role: Collaborating with clients and business stakeholders to understand their materials management processes, procurement needs, and inventory management requirements. Designing and developing custom applications using Salesforce's declarative features, such as Visualforce pages and Lightning Components. Customizing and extending the Salesforce platform by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and validation rules to align with the organization's specific business processes. Integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, third-party applications, and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Writing Apex code (Salesforce's proprietary programming language) to implement complex business logic, triggers, and controllers for custom applications. Building user interfaces using Visualforce pages and Lightning Components to create intuitive and user-friendly applications. Managing data within Salesforce, including data migration, data cleansing, and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Implementing security controls, sharing rules, and profiles to manage data access and protect sensitive information. Deploying customizations and applications from development environments to production environments following best practices. Identifying and implementing performance optimization techniques to enhance the speed and efficiency of Salesforce applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
