- Responsibilities and more:

- Work closely with Delivery Managers, Business Partners, Business Process Owners, business analysts, and developers to design solutions to meet business needs in accordance with industry best practices.
- Play the role of a technical SME in internal strategic initiatives to grow the platform.
- Serve as an active contributor to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the SalesForce platform.
- Specializes in gathering and analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable.
- Soft skills and ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders to discuss needs and opportunities and translate them into solutions.
- Serve in a release manager capacity as needed to plan and lead the team through releases.
