We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Analyst for our North America Sales & Marketing Division that is motivated and excited to help our sales team deliver outstanding results. How You Will Make an Impact… The Salesforce CRM Analyst will be a key member of the CRM & Sales Technology Team. This role will assist the sales team with advanced Salesforce reports/dashboards, Salesforce Administrative duties such as onboarding & user management, identify trends and patterns, and recommend changes to the Salesforce Product Owners. The successful candidate will serve as a critical support resource for the North American Sales Team while helping to improve how we do business. What You Will Be Doing… In this role, you will be responsible for developing Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales activities, performance metrics, key performance indicators, customer opportunities, territory trends, & goal analysis. You will collaborate closely with Salesforce Product Owners to understand reporting needs & ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights to the business. Support the organization's CRM platform, including: Providing operational & onboarding support; serving as the first tier of troubleshooting support for the sales team. Identifying and documenting common issues the sales team faces. Recommending improvement targets and needs to the Product team. Provide voice of the user feedback to the Product team. Provide administration support of onboarding & user management. Provide administrative support with data loads. Provide timely and high-quality support to commercial team members. Prepare reports for sales leaders & assist in interpreting/understanding the implications of the data analysis to support informed decision-making. Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and IT as it relates to systems support & reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather additional data or insights to enhance the depth and accuracy of sales reporting. Stay updated on Salesforce updates, features, and functionalities to leverage the full potential of the platform for reporting purposes. Continuously assess and improve reporting processes and methodologies to streamline data analysis and reporting efficiency. Act as a key player in our Operational training strategy of the team: Build training modules leveraging our current training tools, as it relates to various aspects of Salesforce.com and other systems the sales team utilizes. Conduct training (live stream and in person) on various Salesforce.com processes. Collaborate with training resources at SBDU to support all required systems training supported by the role. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring To The SBD Team…3+ years Salesforce.com experience with proven business analysis skills. Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Salesforce CRM Analyst Certification is highly preferred. A desire to learn, grow in your career, work with others to accomplish amazing things, and leave things better than you found them. Systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly: Salesforce.com, SAP, Business Warehouse, Power BI, & Showpad. Highly Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software, especially MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comfort with Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Demonstrated organization and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, self-reliant. Demonstrated effective time management skills through managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience working with multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams; comfort working with people across various countries, time zones, and through language barriers, as needed. Professional verbal and written communication skills with comfort in presenting to all levels of the organization; experience providing technical guidance or influencing the work of others. Knowledge of industry and business principles; Strong understanding of commercial and sales processes.
