Position Overview: This role involves managing the execution of the technical aspects of the roadmap for the Salesforce solution and interacting and guiding Salesforce Administrators and Salesforce Engineers to execute initiatives and implement and adopt new capabilities and features. Essential attributes for this role include strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to work both independently and within a team. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data management, Conga, Gearset, GitHub, MuleSoft, and modern DevOps methodologies are also valuable for this position. Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining the technical aspects of the Salesforce product roadmap to align with business goals and objectives. Collaborating with the Kaseya Engineering, Networking, Data, and Information Security teams to ensure all Salesforce ecosystem features and enhancements conform with company policies and best practices. Guiding and providing expertise to Salesforce Administrators and Salesforce Engineers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new capabilities and features. Executing and managing the Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. Knowledge and familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology is preferred for this role. Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and other Salesforce products and features. Utilizing advanced Salesforce development tools and techniques, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX. Implementing and optimizing Salesforce integrations using tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, and other middleware solutions. Managing data migration and ensuring data quality using Salesforce Data Loader, ETL tools, and advanced data management techniques. Ensuring compliance with Salesforce security best practices, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security. Conducting regular system audits and preparing for Salesforce releases by evaluating new features and their impact on our Salesforce environment. Providing technical leadership and mentoring to other Salesforce team members and staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of extensive Salesforce CRM/CPQ experience, with deep knowledge of product management practices and principles. Experience with Conga, Gearset, GitHub, MuleSoft, and modern DevOps methodologies is required. Proficiency in Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other platform features. Expertise in custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce DX. Strong skills in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware solutions like MuleSoft and Informatica, and custom integration techniques. Experience in managing complex data migrations and ensuring data quality through Salesforce Data Loader, ETL tools, and advanced data management techniques. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, field-level security, and data encryption. Demonstrated ability to conduct system audits, prepare for Salesforce releases, and evaluate the impact of new features on the existing environment. Proven track record of providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and staying current with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
