This position is responsible for all administration activities for sales systems including Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Clari, Groove, and others as needed. This position will understand PRGX's unique business processes and build and maintain systems that power them. This role is responsible for the integrity of the data in the Salesforce.com and other systems and ensuring data excellence across the organization. The role will think creatively about how to reshape existing processes to become more efficient. This position is an integral part of the sales team and its success. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and administer the Salesforce.com platform, including user setup, profile management, role hierarchy, permission sets, and custom fields. Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows. Perform regular data maintenance tasks, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and data migration. Handle Salesforce system configuration changes and enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue optimization. Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by leadership and other stakeholders. Stay up to date with system releases, new features and best practices. Evaluate and recommend updates, enhancements, and third-party integrations to improve performance and user experience. WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience using Salesforce; proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience as Salesforce administrator. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Platform App Builder are a plus. Must speak fluent English. Preference given to candidates with experience with Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Clari, Groove, and/or other similar tools. Experience in optimizing workflow management in Salesforce, including fixing broken/obsolete workflows. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI are preferred.
