What You'll Do
The Salesforce Administrator serves the TTECsales, marketing,and otherteams through system configuration and maintenance, data maintenance, report generation, business analysis, and user support.
Work is performed primarily within Salesforce.com (SFDC) Sales Cloud and Microsoft Office. Data Loader is a key toolset for the role.
You'll report to Global Head of Sales Platforms and Pipeline
During a Typical Day, You'll
- Perform a variety of activities in SFDC and account management systems to include :
- Install and configure package apps and upgrades in the Salesforce environment and perform troubleshooting. Design, configure and test changes.
Develop and prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. Support data conversion for system enhancements and integration of acquired companies onto TTEC's SFDC instance.
- Independently and in collaboration with key stakeholders :
- Gather,analyze, and interpret business requirements.Identify data anomalies, understand their impact on business processes and decisions, and recommend actions to improve quality and accuracy.
Create technical documentation and user documentation. Assist management in defining roadmaps for improvement and leverage installed platforms.
Guide and mentor more junior team members, set up new users and support user training.Define and maintainappropriate structures for user security and permissions;
administer user security assignments.Perform and support periodic data and system cleansing exercises.
What You Bring to the Role
- 4+years' experience in administration and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud as an internal company analyst or administrator and 2+ years' work experience with Excel-based reporting with strong English proficiency both written and verbal.
- Active Salesforce certification(s)
- Demonstratable capabilities to : Create & modify validation rules, flow and process builder, basic triggers and perform troubleshooting.
Design and build reports using SFDC's reporting tools or similar reporting applications.Gather and document business requirements, solution alternatives and system designs.
Develop and execute system test plans and manage data conversion and implementations including migration from one environment to another.
- Ableto support US time zones schedule (Monday-Friday) and flexible towork after hours or weekends for special projects or implementations(approximately 2 times per year)
- Thrive in various remote working scenarios to include independent contribution, team collaboration, cross-functional team efforts and manage own workload including multiple, simultaneous assignments, meet deadlines, and proactively work with stakeholders to adjust priorities, when needed.
