We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English-speaking skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping businesses thrive. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, support client service initiatives, and ensure the smooth running of operations in a fast-paced environment. Bold Business Company Description: Bold Business is a US-based leading global business processing outsourcing firm with over 25 years experience and $7B+ in client engagements. We enable small and publicly traded businesses to scale by providing global outsourcing talent services. Key Responsibilities: Research and qualify potential prospects. Engage those prospects through outreach. Nurture leads and schedule meetings: employ creative methods to bring leads into the organization by engaging them. Provide to the Sales team market intelligence regarding leads and prospects. Gather market intelligence and assist with sales enablement activities. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as necessary. Maintain databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of experience, preferably with a US-based company. Excellent English-speaking skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Technology proficiency: ability to use CRM systems, sales intelligence tools and other relevant technology. Experience working with teams across different time zones is a plus. Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
