As a Sales Supervisor
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Supervises team in their prospecting (Cold Calls, e-mail blasts, visits) and helps each member develop new business and maintain a high level of new leads/prospects.
Ensures that the team follows up with prospects and existing clients to develop new business.
Manages the Sale Pipeline via the CRM and is responsible for moving deals from "Proposal Sent" to "Closed Won".
Works in conjunction with team, to achieve and improve upon targets and objectives.
Leads daily "huddle" meetings with their team to communicate sales strategy and remain informed of business developments.
Exercises independent judgment and applies prudent risk mitigation principles.
Provides a solution to any arising issues. Takes accountability for decisions made.
Maintains a high level of effectiveness during times of change by adapting behaviour and approaches to changing circumstances
Accepts additional and changing roles, responsibilities, and tasks.
Focuses on and cares about our internal and external customers.
Understands the complexities and key factors that impact our business and the key features and benefits of products.
Represents the interests of the Company internally and externally.
Minimum requirements:
Studies: Professional in administrative, economic, marketing, or humanities fields.
Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced level in office tools, previous experience with CRM and digital marketing and social media knowledge
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales and 2 years leading a sales team. (Leadership and supervision)
Experience in the freight or factoring industry
Language:
Excellent English skills. C1+ or higher is preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
