Sales Representative (Remote)

As Whizz continues to grow, we are expanding our Remote Sales & Support team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities Efficiently handle a large number of outbound calls to warm leads;Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and deliveries;Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction;Use selling techniques to turn potential customers into our clients.Requirements Fluent knowledge of English and Spanish, level C1-C2, you will be communicating with native speakers on a daily basis;1+ years of experience in sales or support role;High-speed internet connection;Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time);Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
