What makes you a strong candidate: - You are proficient in email support, outbound sales, and sales.
- Spanish fully fluent.
- English fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more: Responsibilities: - Answer and respond to outbound and inbound calls.
- Respond to chat / emails.
- Help customers place or update orders over the phone.
- Reach out to product vendors with order updates or cancellations.
- Escalate internally when customer issues arise.
Requirements: This ideal candidate will have experience on the Shopify platform, sales and email support.
Also, a general knowledge about saunas will help, but isn't required.
