Working in the digital marketing and eCommerce team allows you to work on a new and in-demand capability in the company. You will have the freedom to work on our entire portfolio of products. As part of the dynamic eCommerce team, you will play a lead role in business planning, campaign creation, and media execution and optimization. How success looks like Our assignments offer you the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business while you continue to build your analytical, technical, and leadership skills. You will work as a business leader on a team with representatives from various other functions. Your role will require a lot of new learning and experimentation for the company on new digital platforms and fast-growing channels. Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed quarterly. Your manager would provide full support through continuous mentoring and coaching.
