We (Torre) are helping MB Floor Solutions find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Sales Representative.
Compensation: COP 2M - 6M/month.
+ Commissions (~ COP3M /month).

Location: Remote (for Colombia residents).

Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Strategic Sales Leadership: Craft and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to achieve sales objectives, including innovative channels like newsletters and digital campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.
- Market Expansion: Identify and engage new customer segments and strategic partners, expanding our market footprint and fostering growth opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Actively outreach to potential clients, scheduling and leading meetings to explore and secure new business opportunities.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver superior customer service support, managing inquiries and communications with promptness and professionalism.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: Oversee the customer service operations, guaranteeing exemplary service delivery to all customers, new and existing, and ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
- Sales and Marketing Material Development: Create, manage, and optimize sales and marketing materials to support sales strategies and company branding.
- Sales Reporting: Present detailed monthly sales reports, project plans, and goals to the management team, offering clear insights into progress and achievements.
- Weekly Updates: Provide weekly updates on sales activities and progress, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with company objectives.
Salary: - Sales – USD Colombian Pesos.
- 1st Month (guaranteed) $ 3,000,000 COP.
- 2nd Month and on from $ 0 - $20,000 USD = $ 2,000,000 COP.
- Monthly Sales from $20,001 to $29,999 USD = $ 2,500,000 COP.
- Monthly Sales from $30,000 to $39,999 USD = $ 3,000,000 COP.
- Monthly Sales from $40,000 to $49,999 USD = $ 3,500,000 COP.
- Monthly Sales of $50,000 USD and above (Maximum Threshold) = $ 4,000,000 COP.
Commission: - New Client Acquisition by the sales rep: Sales Representatives will earn a commission rate of 5% on the total sale amount for each new client successfully onboarded.
- Recurrent Clients by the sales rep: For the existing clients, Sales Representatives will receive a commission rate of 3% after the first sale.
