Market Expansion: Identify and engage new customer segments and strategic partners, expanding our market footprint and fostering growth opportunities. Client Engagement: Actively outreach to potential clients, scheduling and leading meetings to explore and secure new business opportunities. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver superior customer service support, managing inquiries and communications with promptness and professionalism. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: Oversee the customer service operations, guaranteeing exemplary service delivery to all customers, new and existing, and ensuring their utmost satisfaction. Sales and Marketing Material Development: Create, manage, and optimize sales and marketing materials to support sales strategies and company branding. Sales Reporting: Present detailed monthly sales reports, project plans, and goals to the management team, offering clear insights into progress and achievements. Weekly Updates: Provide weekly updates on sales activities and progress, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with company objectives. Commission: New Client Acquisition: Sales Representatives will earn a commission rate of 5% on the total sale amount for each new client successfully onboarded.
