About World Business Lenders (www.wbl.com) World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.
WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.
This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.
Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.
The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Program Manager to oversee a dynamic team of Business Loan Executives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. mortgage or banking sales and will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring sales targets are met, and supporting the team's professional growth.
This role requires excellent leadership, sales strategy, and performance management skills to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions: - Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Loan Sales Specialists to meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
- Ensure team members meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the Business Management Supervisor and Sales Manager to implement and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives and oversee day-to-day sales activities.
- Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on sales activity and market trends.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the team of Loan Sales Executives Requirements - 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills - Experience in U.S. mortgage sales (5+ years) - 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a sales environment - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
