For our Smart Infrastructure Sales Group, we are looking for a Sales Professional who will be responsible for the development, exploitation and maximization of penetration and profitable growth of Portfolio Sales Professional - Switchgear Technology- for the Siemens Smart Infrastructure division. In this role you will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients. Among them are leading Air Insulated Switchgear Technology operators, consultants, GC and major M&E contractors. You will be required to secure business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities and clients. Smart Infrastructure combines the real and digital worlds across energy systems, buildings and industries, enhancing the way people live and work and significantly improving efficiency and sustainability. We focus on critical and often high-end infrastructures to enhance energy performance, and ensure maximum safety and security through electrification, automation, and digitalization. Responsibilities: Identifies, develops and drives leads, and opportunities related to Switchgear Technology markets. Analyzes the Switchgear Technology market, strategy of customers, needs, processes value chain and key business drivers. Analyzes and evaluates markets and needs of potential or existing customers. Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensures customer relationship management and accounts penetration. Negotiates contracts and closes agreements. Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning. Requirements: +8 years of work experience in different functions like sales or business development, consultancy, account management. Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering or similar fields. Capability to drive results in a complex and difficult customer environment. Innovative, strategic judgment, clear thinker, change-oriented, strong communication skills. Strong relationship management, leadership, and presentation skills. Fluent English needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
