This role is integral to maintaining the integrity of our sales order workflow and service level agreements (SLAs), enabling our sales teams to focus on revenue-generating activities and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Senior Sales Operations Delivery Manager is based within our Sales Operations team and reports to the Sales Operations Team Leader. The role mainly focuses on complex onboarding of Tier 1, Strategic, and Fortune 500 clients. With an aim toward action and pragmatic execution, Global Revenue Operations delivers exceptional experiences, simple processes, and impactful customer interactions.
