Position Overview : The Sales Operations Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the sales teams efforts by focusing on accurate data entry, thorough execution, and maintaining data integrity within our sales processes. This role requires a highly detail-oriented professional who can manage schedules and handle data entry meticulously, supporting a smooth workflow for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities : Data Entry and Management : Accurately enter project bid invitations and relevant details into the bidding pipeline, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible. Format bid proposals as they are prepared to be submitted.Schedule Coordination : Manage the sales teams schedules, ensuring all bid proposals and related submissions are handled promptly and efficiently.Sales Support : Provide fundamental support to the sales team by maintaining data hygiene and ensuring seamless execution of essential sales processes.Qualifications : Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry and schedule coordination.Ability to manage multiple schedules efficiently, with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in English for clear communication and documentation.Nice-to-Haves : Familiarity with reading construction blueprints, which may support potential growth into a Sales Coordinator or Junior Estimator role.Strong English literacy skills, which may lead to limited client interaction responsibilities if required.
