A Sales Operations Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing sales CRM systems, coordinating sales training and Meetings, maintaining sales enablement content, and ensuring the sales team has access to the necessary tools and technologiesWhat you'll be doing:1.

You will build trusting relationships with stakeholders with all that you do being in the interests of both customers and patients, or consumers.

Experience: +2Y with previous experience on the role or similar roles.Duties & Responsibilities: Creation of business review packs for forecasting, pipeline analysis, sales performance, and others and automate them where possibleUse available tools and reporting infrastructure to monitor defined growth initiativesDefine and improve operational processes for the Sales Follow up.
Drive the operational components of FY Planning including Sales Role Planning, Target & Quota Setting, CoverageAlign Sales Ops activities with Support Functions areas and assist Sales Management in this process.
Identify and measure baseline metrics that will be used to inform prioritization decisionsDrive data quality, process and automation activities that improve process inefficienciesImplementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationshipsDirectly assist teams developing high-value clients.Skills & Competencies Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper managementAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategiesFinancial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunitiesTechnology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasksResearch and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecastsStrong organizational skills.Education: bachelor's degree in business or other relevant fields like engineer.
Courses and majors or minors in subjects such as management, finance, statistics and marketing may be an asset.Language: English B1 / B2 Better is out there.
