- Proven experience in sales : You've thrived in high-pressure sales environments before, with a particular strength in cold calling and direct sales closing.
- Proven B2C sales experience is essential,
with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Leadership experience : You have successfully overseen a sales team, and you're ready to do it again this time, with even greater impact.
- Industry expertise : Experience in the energy sector, especially retail energy, is a huge plus. If not, a background in related industries like telecommunications or pharmaceutical sales will set you up for success.
- Persuasive communicator : Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You know how to build rapport, overcome objections, and persuade customers to take action.
- Results-driven : Self-motivation is your driving force, and you thrive on achieving and surpassing targets.
- Data-savvy : You're comfortable working with data and Excel, and you use those insights to drive better outcomes for the team and the business.
