Strong knowledge of the market and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions to customers. Proficient in MS Office. Willingness to travel extensively. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Manage and grow the sales portfolio of the company. Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting company's products and services to new and existing clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent after-sales support and satisfaction. Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Proactively follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to ensure closure. Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to stay updated on customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends. Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies tailored to clients. Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular updates to the AVP - Business Development. Contract Negotiation and Proposal Management: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with company policies. Negotiate terms and pricing with customers in coordination with internal teams, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers. Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders. Event and Networking Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote products and services. Develop relationships with industry professionals, clients, and stakeholders to enhance the company's presence in the region.
