Reports to:Job PurposeDevelopment and execution of Commercial Strategy for LATAM Market in line with CPL corporate brand identity and visionLeadership of LATAM Commercial Team in all areas of day-to-day operations, people management and the financial operating frameworkManagement of strategic target customersTasks and ResponsibilitiesCommunicate CPL mission and purpose and ensure LATAM Sales Team meet company valuesDefine and execute commercial strategy for LATAM Market and defined customers in line with Global and Regional CPL VisionDevelop strategic sales, marketing and operational objectives, establish targets, manage forecast and evaluate sales teams' performanceManage defined strategic customers to develop sustainable profitable businessEstablish commercial operating framework to ensure profitability and revenue targets are metProduce monthly sales reports and contribute to GM Reports for LATAM DivisionForecast and Profitability Responsibilities Full accountability for sales revenue & profitability in LATAM MarketProvide annual sales and accurate forecastsEnsure accurate LATAM sales report and analysisManage the LATAM Sales Team / Leadership Build, lead and develop an effective & efficient LATAM Sales Team driving sales and margin growth in line with CPL Global & LATAM Division StrategyAgree clear performance & people development objectives with annual appraisals to ensure targets are achievedDefine development plans for LATAM Sales including training and coaching of the individual sales team memberFoster and facilitate collaboration between LATAM Sales team and other functions to ensure sales success and customer satisfactionDevelop excellent relationships with internal and external clients to execute commercial strategyEnsure preparation of compelling account plans for strategic customers to support the execution of the commercial strategyChange Management & Future Business Opportunities Adopt and manage change management strategies within LATAM Sales TeamDevelop a strategy to capture and maintain a competitive intelligence database, ensuring accuracy of informationShare market & competitive intelligence insights to ensure appropriate action is taken to position CPL as a choice of considerationIdentify business development opportunities in LATAM for integration into regional and global CPL strategySkills and Attributes RequiredUniversity degree, MBA or Business postgraduate preferred, Verbal and written command of English, Good command in Windows environment (MS office) and ERP, 10-15+ years' functional/technical experience in the fragrance industry
Competence in olfactory skills, Negotiate complex sales agreements across many customers, Strong fragrance industry experience, Passion for fragrance, Excellent leadership skill with ability to lead commercial teams, Self-motivated and capable of working on own initiative, Embraces change, Strong problem-solving abilities, Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Good project management skills, Results oriented
