The manager of modern Channel Sales will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of sales strategies for modern distribution channels. This role is critical in driving market penetration, revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with key client partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel management, strategic planning, and team leadership. This position is responsible for over 50% of the country's sales and 15% of the writing business. It is tasked with developing the company's primary growth pillar for this year and the coming years, which is strengthening both horizontal and vertical distribution within the modern channel. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for modern channel aligned with corporate goals. Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand market share and drive sales growth through modern channel. Acquisition of new clients. Ensure the growth of numerical and weighted distribution across all business segments. Ensure flawless execution at points of sale in the modern channel. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retailers. Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with the objectives. Ensure the professional development of each member of their team. Manage demand forecasts and coordinate inventory levels to optimize channel performance. Monitor and analyze channel performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics. Prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate product availability in modern channel. Work collaboratively with all areas of the company to ensure channel sales and profitability objectives are met. Ensure channel operations comply with internal policies. Oversee the execution of promotions, product launches, and other channel-specific initiatives. Develop, plan, and execute the 1- to 3-year channel strategic plan to ensure the company's continued growth in terms of sales, profitability, and market share. Ensure the collection and proper management of receivables from each client. Ensure the proper management of the channel investment budget as well as the budget for activities implemented by the CM. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related. 12+ years of experience in Sales. Full experience in mass consumption companies, managing brands with high investment budgets and in highly competitive markets. Full-time experience working on cross-functional projects.
