Your Mission: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth in the divisions within the CVCA region. Your role will involve consolidating the sales force to maintain, develop, and strengthen our market share. Your profile: Professional degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience as a Sales Area Manager and 10 years in roles related to Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Negotiations, Sales Management, and Market Knowledge. Technical expertise in mining equipment. Preferred experience in managing teams of over 20 people. Possess an analytical and structured approach to business, with a strong understanding of financial statements and solid business principles. Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Willingness to travel frequently. Valid U.S. Visa. It all starts with people.
