Position: Sales Manager Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm ET/PT Salary Range: Philippines: $1000-1500 per month LatAm: $1300-2500 per month South Africa: $1500-2500 per month Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales efforts, drive new business, and expand our customer base in the craft beverage industry.
This role will focus on developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships, and managing the full sales cycle.
You will work closely with founders to ensure personalized service and sustainable growth.
Duties and Responsibilities: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence in the craft beverage industry.
Build lasting relationships with craft beverage makers, delivering exceptional, personalized service to meet their packaging needs.
Identify and secure new opportunities to grow Core Cans' customer base within the B2B packaging sector.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to drive consistent results and foster collaboration.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize Salesforce to manage pipelines, track performance metrics, and optimize sales operations.
Partner with founders to align sales efforts with Core Cans' mission, incorporating customer feedback to refine offerings and ensure sustainable growth.
Qualifications: At least 2 years of professional experience in a sales role.
Strong experience with Salesforce and other relevant sales tools encouraged, not required Proven sales track record, preferably in B2B packaging or the craft Beverage industry.
Has prior experience working with companies that manufacture aluminum cans or in selling this type of product (Preferred).
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
Proficient in developing and executing sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.
Familiarity with CRM platforms to optimize sales processes and customer relationships.
Self-motivated and innovative, with a customer-centric mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
