Our Colombia team is looking for a motivated Sales Executive – Hunter who will work with one of our leading products Proppit (B2B SaaS platform). Proppit is a marketing tool for real estate professionals that, among its many benefits, allows you to post on all these portals: Properati, Trovit, Mitula, icasas, puntopropiedad, Nuroa, and Nestoria. A person who joins as Hunter is expected to develop new relationships with professional real estate agents and agencies. We expect a sales-driven and tech-savvy professional who will focus on achieving predetermined goals of customer acquisition and generating revenue. Proactivity, a positive attitude, and a process-focused mindset are a must for this role as you'll have full responsibility for increasing our client base and overall revenue for the region. What you will do: Prospecting and attracting new clients. Expansion of the company's client portfolio, as well as the volume of businesses created. Exceed monthly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio. Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology. Interact and negotiate with key decision-makers of the client's business in a complex sales cycle. Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool). Adapt to the overall sales strategy defined by the company. What we are looking for: Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales, preferably within a SaaS or digital business. Track record of successful selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies. Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure with a high orientation to achieving objectives. A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar will be a plus. Native level of Spanish and professional level of English will be a plus.
