Position Overview: The Sales Executive Assistant will support the VP of Strategic Partnerships in maximizing productivity, managing client relations, and overseeing daily LinkedIn content creation. This role combines administrative, sales, and content management responsibilities, requiring experience with tools like LinkedIn, Canva, and PowerPoint to develop presentations, proposals, and engaging social media content. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support Manage the executive's calendar, book travel, schedule meetings, and handle email and call correspondence. Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track follow-ups. Sales and Client Support Assist with lead generation, data entry, CRM updates, and maintaining sales pipelines. Prepare and send follow-up emails, proposals, and sales materials. Monitor LinkedIn and outreach campaigns to ensure timely follow-up. LinkedIn Content Management Manage the company's LinkedIn page with daily posts aligned to company goals. Create visuals and infographics using Canva and develop engaging content. Track content metrics to refine and optimize future posts. Proposal and Presentation Development Develop proposals and customized presentations for sales meetings. Review discovery videos to translate insights into client-specific strategies. Use PowerPoint and Canva to design impactful presentations. Project Coordination and Research Coordinate with internal teams for project deadlines and organize events/webinars. Conduct market research on clients, competitors, and industry trends to support sales strategy. Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles, preferably in a sales or staffing environment. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, and PowerPoint. Social media management experience, specifically with LinkedIn.
