This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across industries with significant growth potential, including Biopharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, and Water Treatment.
In this role, you'll combine your customer focus, consultative selling skills, and market knowledge to develop and execute value-driven strategies that expand our market share. You will take ownership of the South West territory, defending our existing customer base while driving new business opportunities by leveraging our comprehensive portfolio of solutions.

We help our customers to supply critical products and services that range from fresh drinking water and therapeutic medicines to food products and paper. This role will focus on: Lead and take full ownership of the territory, driving development and growth.Defend the installed base of products while identifying and activating new customers in industries such as Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, and Water Treatment.Use a consultative selling approach to build strong customer relationships and understand their needs and challenges.Achieve double-digit growth within the territory by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.Manage the sales pipeline and CRM activity with discipline to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and weekly performance metrics, including conducting at least 10 customer visits per week.Expand your professional network within current customers and prospects across target industries.Collaborate with internal teams and proactively support local digital strategies. Work as part of a cohesive team, contributing to shared goals and success.To be successful in this role, you will need: Qualified Mechanical Engineer / Chemical Engineer / Industrial Engineer and/or on-the-job experienceExperience across both account management and business development in a field sales capacityStrong Customer Focus and presence at customer sites (all industries)Value Added Selling & Consulting Selling ApproachStrong sales vocation, experience preferably in B2B technical sales of Premium productsExperience preferably with Pumps or related (Process Equipment / Fluid Control / Rotating Equipment)Experience in Biopharm, F&B, Water and Industrial processes is desired.Full Spanish language proficiency (oral and written).
