Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion. Customer Management: Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Actively follow up on leads and provide effective after-sales service. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Organize and conduct training sessions for dealers and customers on TVS Engineering products and services. Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the automotive tuning sector. Administrative Tasks: Maintain sales reports and customer data. Prepare quotes and contracts in collaboration with the internal team. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track performance based on the number of new dealers appointed, customer satisfaction scores, and sales growth.
