This role will focus on :

The Central Territory Sales position is critical for the performance of the Colombian operation, the sector has a great potential that includes : Biopharm, F, Chemical, P and Water industries.

The Sales Engineer should have a strong customer focus, a consultive selling approach and a relevant knowledge of the market in order to present and develop value based strategies together with Management to increase our market share in the different industries mentioned above.


As Central Territory Sales Engineer you will have the responsibility of both defending the installed base of products and developing the Central North area by leveraging in our strong solution portfolio.

The candidate should have a strong entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-initiative to develop and bring new ideas and plans to achieve double-digit growth in the territory.

To achieve this, we require the candidate to build solid relationships with customers and prospects, strong presence at customer sites will allow the Sales Engineer to learn and understand customer s pains and needs to succeed in his role.

What you'll be doing

- Leadership and ownership of the territory and its development
- Defend the installed base of products. Activate new customers and autogenerate business opportunities in the F, Chemical,
P and Aqueduct / Water Treatment Plant industries.
- Strong customer focus and consultive selling approach in daily sales activities
- Reach a double-digit growth in the Biopharm sector in Central Territory
- Strong and disciplined CRM activity and Pipeline Management
- Submit on a Weekly basis sales forecast
- Deliver monthly sales quota
- Complete at least 10 customer visits per week
- Expand network of contacts in active customers and prospects in all industries.
- Support and Cooperate proactively with in the local Digital Strategy

Collaborative Team Work

To be successful in this role, youwill need :

- Mechanical Engineer / Chemical Engineer / Industrial Engineer
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Territory Ownership
- Strong Customer Focus and presence at customer sites (all industries)

- Value Added Selling & Consulting Selling Approach
- Strong sales vocation, 10 years of experience preferablyin B2B technical sales of Premium products
- 2-3 years of experience preferably with Pumps
- Vast experience in Biopharm sector is desired
- Full Spanish language proficiency (oral and written). English is a big plus.
