ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM: We are looking for our new B2B Sales Director, South Latam. The B2B unit is responsible for building rapport with business owners and advising them on how advertising on TKWW is going to help market their business to engaged couples. The Sales Director will have direct managerial responsibilities over sales managers in the South Latam market. RESPONSIBILITIES: Mentor and coach a group of managers and team leaders and an indirect team of 35 people by implementing and driving sales processes and leveraging operational sales experience. Represent the sales organization in internal meetings; articulate needs and goals to matrixed partners. Manage sales pipeline, utilize our CRM, and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue projections to finance and executive team and other stakeholders. Use your deep consultative sales skills to demonstrate the unique value proposition that our company brings; drive revenue in all our categories. Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities to source business with both new and existing clients. Own client relationships through strategic management and leadership. Utilize existing client and agency relationships to drive large, long-term deals with vendors and generate new ones. Communicate industry opportunities to management and facilitate initiatives designed to best position the company for success. Consult with the Product team to help shape product development in support of client needs. Guide the creation of dynamic and persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of the company to clients. Frequent short trips to meet your teams. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE: 7 years' experience in Sales; Business Development and Account Management. 4 years' of people management experience (of between 30 - 50 people - mandatory). Proven skills in managing remote teams and developing others. Previous experience working with sales teams in LATAM. Proven leadership and strategic skills. Native Spanish. Fluent English (Advanced level). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Ability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
