Responsibilities of the role Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to empower the team, contributing to the sales plan. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product and service delivery. Stay updated on market trends and competitors, identifying differentiation and expansion opportunities. Maintain and cultivate existing client relationships, conducting regular review meetings and managing CRM campaigns and opportunities. Qualifications Strong understanding of investment products, including mutual funds, asset management, and wealth management solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the financial services industry is desirable. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably occupying a sales related or client facing role in the financial industry. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Availability for frequent travel within Argentina, Uruguay, and occasionally internationally. CFA designation will be highly valued.
