Position Overview: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating leads by cold calling businesses throughout the day, navigating gatekeepers, and pre-qualifying potential clients.
The candidate will primarily focus on generating interest in the company's services, including phone systems, Internet, and networking solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong energy and motivation to succeed, with clear communication skills and the ability to engage prospects naturally.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to businesses and navigate through gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers.
Pre-qualify businesses that may benefit from the companys services.
Enter gathered data and business information into the CRM (Zoho CRM is preferred, but experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus).
Hand off qualified leads to the internal sales team for further follow-up and in-person meetings.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
Qualifications: High proficiency in spoken and written English with clear enunciation.
Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Strong motivation and sales drive, with a focus on performance-based compensation.
Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce).
Technology literate with an interest in telecommunications and technology services.
Nice-to-Haves: A background in telecommunications or technology services.
Experience using Zoho CRM or similar systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
