We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Development Representative to oversee our database system. Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team and be at the forefront of our communication efforts. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring prompt responses to incoming calls and providing essential back-office support to drive our sales initiatives. You will focus on lead qualification, protocol adherence, and generating meetings to fuel our growth. Be on the front lines of communication, ensuring prompt responses to incoming calls within 5 minutes or less. Handle all back-office tasks efficiently, including reviewing links, pre-qualifying leads, and asking pertinent questions to determine the next steps. Use your judgment and our pre-defined criteria to determine if a lead is a good fit for our product or service. Adhere to our established protocol for lead tracking and follow-up. Your primary goal is to secure meetings. Aim to make at least 7 calls per day with the objective of scheduling meetings. Maintain and update our lead database, Hubspot, to ensure accuracy and completeness. Make between 20-30 calls per day to reach potential clients effectively. Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate interest and opportunities. Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center environment is essential. Fully bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in English and Spanish. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and leads effectively. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
