About Coati Commercial Cleaning: Coati Commercial Cleaning, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services in the Central Valley, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Outside Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by initiating contact with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored-fit proposals to meet their requirements. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a motivated individual who can excel in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities: Qualify prospects within the assigned sales territory and develop a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals. Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and current clients to discuss their cleaning requirements and provide product and service demonstrations. Deliver outstanding consultative sales experiences to move prospects through the sales process efficiently. Negotiate sales contracts with potential and existing customers to secure new business and maintain strong relationships. Keep sales and client databases updated with current information. Conduct cold calling to qualify prospects and develop a consistent sales pipeline. Prepare sales bids/proposals, follow up on previous presentations, and input lead information/updates in the CRM. Keep management informed of scheduled appointments. Attend sales meetings as required to stay up-to-date on industry developments. Requirements: Previous experience in Commercial Cleaning, Pest Control, Alarm Sales, B2B or other service-based sales roles. Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency to close on contracts. Proven track record of outside sales experience. Proficient in using CRM software such as Hubspot. Strong negotiation, upselling, sales planning, and consultative sales skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Reliable transportation and cell phone. Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers. Detail-oriented with good time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
