Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled SDR/BDR to join our team and promote our comprehensive SaaS solutions in GPS & Telematics and Enterprise Asset Management. Our focus is on utility companies, state and local government, construction rental equipment, and other field services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms. Deliver engaging sales pitches, clearly explaining our products and services. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Customize product offerings based on client feedback and requirements. Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients to foster loyalty. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within set timelines. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure alignment. Stay informed about best practices and promotional trends to enhance outreach efforts. Continuously improve sales techniques through feedback and adapt strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Proven experience as an outbound sales representative or in a similar sales role. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management. Excellent proficiency in English, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to deliver engaging presentations and compelling sales pitches. Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Resilience in handling rejection and stress in soliciting customers. High school diploma required; BS/BA degree or equivalent is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations and building professional relationships. Compensation: Monthly salary range of $1,200 - $1,500, with a commission structure to be determined internally.
