We are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our sales team in our Colombian head office in Bogota. If you are entrepreneurial, a self-starter, and are excited about speaking to HR leaders about employee engagement – this is the role for you! You will be working with our global head office in Toronto to initiate new business relationships by prospecting and qualifying meetings for our Account Executive team in the US/Canadian market. Your core responsibility is to connect (over phone/email) with HR leaders in large enterprise companies to initiate a conversation and qualify a meeting for your Account Executive. Your day will be a mix of prospecting, skill development, team collaboration, and recognition (it's what we do). This includes activities like: Connecting with prospects that show a varying level of interest in Achievers, via phone/email/social media Collaborating with your team and Account Executives on how to prospect in fresh and innovative ways Getting creative and designing targeted campaigns to reach out to prospects in your territory Becoming proficient with our sales productivity tools – Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, Sales Navigator, and more! Attending weekly 1:1s and team meetings with your manager to track targets and development plans Developing your sales skills – we spend as much time developing your career as we do booking meetings Building a positive team spirit – we work together and win together Recognizing your peers for their contributions! Qualifications: C1+ level English is required Previous sales experience is required Entrepreneurial spirit Strong work ethic, willing to put in the effort Clear and demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills Effective time management and organizational skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment A 'never stop learning attitude' Why you'll love working at Achievers: We are passionate about disruptive technology that's rooted in science, research, and data.
