We are searching for Sales Compensation Specialist - BOGOTÁ Purpose: The Sales Compensation Specialist is part of the Sales Operation Team within JnJ Medical Devices.
You will be responsible for leading the Colombia sales processes, including variable payments administration, quota setting, quota change, and user training, among others.
You will maintain, access, and analyze sales data to pay and administer field sales compensation.
You will also develop and administer incentive plans and provide data analysis, performance metrics, and data solutions to improve decision-making.
You will be responsible for: Leading periodical processing of incentive compensation payments, ensuring opportunity and quality standards. Providing timely and accurate responses to questions from sales management. Generating ad hoc reports to the sales force and attending to their business needs. Leading the end-to-end quota setting and quota change processes in Mexico, developing new ways of improving. Providing training to end-users regarding the Sales Compensation plan. Following up on incentives performance per Commercial Team. Reporting, monitoring, and analyzing performance metrics and sales activities to support recommendations for sales management teams. Connecting with the commercial Team, Directors, and Leadership Team to align and solve topics related to the sales compensation plan. Participating and contributing to regional sales compensation meetings, to align processes and propose new ways of working. Supporting the sales compensation data analytics journey through data management, database administration, visualization, and storytelling. Creating and monitoring process KPIs to find improvements and opportunities to optimize. Minimum Requirements: Professional in Administrative Careers: Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Accountant, Economy.
Master or Postgraduate, desirable. Strong analytical skills and high learning agility. Full detail-oriented. Planning and execution. Approximately 2 years of experience in sales operations areas, analytics, and sales compensation. Data analytics and data science skills.
Proficient in Tableau, SQL, and Power BI. Experience managing or optimizing compensation software is a plus. Experience handling complex databases. Advanced English proficiency.
