Primary responsibilities will include: Reconciling sales compensation and performance results between sales compensation system and CRM for accuracy and completeness; identifying critical variances and driving issues to resolution under a tight financial close calendar. Facilitating and resolving day-to-day compensation issues in support of field sales and operational customers, by answering and addressing inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Working directly and across functions to drive efficiency and accuracy through system enhancements and process improvements. Contributing to the development or improvement of systems and processes to effectively track or capture data. Supporting the analysis of metrics and KPIs in assessing overall compensation plan effectiveness. Performing ad-hoc analysis to calculate and determine special sales compensation exceptions and cases. The Candidate: Required skills/qualifications: Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above. Bachelor's degree. 2-5 years of professional experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, accounting, or compensation/benefits, ideally working in a global organization dealing with enterprise systems. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills to work with sales professionals and business partners in resolving issues. High level of analytical ability and accuracy. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently and complete tasks with moderate supervision. Demonstrated organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented, collaborative environment. Flexible. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel – including the use of pivot tables, formulas, and charts). Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management. Preferred skills/qualifications: Experience working with Xactly. Complex sales compensation plan modeling experience. Experience with systems implementation and integrations.
