Listen attentively to their needs, preferences, and riding aspirations to offer tailored recommendations.Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our motorcycle inventory, including features, specifications, and available accessories. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed advice to customers.Sales Execution: Demonstrate persuasive sales techniques while maintaining integrity and transparency. Guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiries, recommendations, andCustomer Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns.
