About The Role The Customer Development Administrative Specialist participates in advanced analytics projects and fundamental Business Intelligence analytics (reporting and simplification), supports the analysis and implements new processes to improve our company's performance, and collaborates in the implementation of the right visualization of reports, analysis, and dashboards to drive business decisions. Main Responsibilities: Support the Implementation of Analytics Plan, participating in simplification report process, building the data Lake and automation/visualization using global IT tools like Domo and Sigma. Create new visualizations and analytics according to Colgate needs to support the decision-making process and strategic scenarios for growth. Distribute daily flash report Andina, monthly and quarterly net sales, invoiced sales, and tons by Customer Development Team, Subcategory, and Territory. Responsible for Quality requirements, requests, and new segmentations and enhancements in customer data. Minimize the impact of Revenue Recognition by giving visibility to the sales force about the orders that are not scheduled to be delivered in the current month, coordinating with logistics and the customer for timely delivery. Consolidate month and quarter sales estimates and project potential organic growth, providing visibility to the managing team of the current situation for immediate actions. Lead planning process in Atlas by each CDT. Lead SLE x CDT each week. Generate key files for the commercial meetings. Understand and manage Master Data updated for the region. Colombia Customer Development Compensation Plan, Definition, support, and simulators. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, System Technique, International Business, or Statistics. Intermediate English (B2+). Excel proficiency. Creative & curious mindset. Analytical skills, sense for details & accuracy. Organized, efficient, and reliable. Teamwork approach. Planning/Priority Settings. Previous experience in data analytics/insights or related field (1+ Year). Proven Data Science experience. Experience managing SQL. Python (is a plus).
