This is a remote position.
40 hours a week Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm PST (1 AM to 10 AM PHT) with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day) Central Time   Job Description As a bilingual Sales Development Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of client acquisition and relationship building for a progressive immigration law firm.
This role blends sales acumen with empathetic customer service, requiring you to guide potential clients through their initial steps in the immigration process.
You'll leverage your bilingual skills to connect with a diverse client base, explaining complex legal services with clarity and confidence.
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives while honing your sales and communication skills in a growing, tech-savvy legal environment.
Responsibilities Field incoming inquiries, providing comprehensive information about immigration services Articulate the firm's value proposition, emphasizing the benefits of professional legal guidance Convert leads by scheduling paid consultations and following up effectively Manage initial client onboarding, including questionnaire distribution and consultation preparation Maintain consistent communication throughout the client lifecycle Conduct post-case surveys to gather feedback and improve service quality Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth transition from sales to case management Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written); submit a voice recording in English and Spanish Proven track record in sales or customer service roles Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of immigration law concepts (training provided) Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication platforms Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong time management and organizational skills Adaptability to learn and apply new information quickly Empathy and cultural sensitivity when dealing with diverse clientele Independent Contractor Perks With sales incentives HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_16561_JOB
