Scope of the role: We seek an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director with a proven track record in the SaaS industry to lead our marketing efforts.

This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including managing consultants, leading an internal team, and spearheading initiatives across various channels, such as copywriting, email marketing, landing pages, paid media, and earned media.
Requirements Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the internal marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Consultant Coordination: Manage relationships with external consultants and agencies, ensuring they deliver on objectives and integrate seamlessly with the internal team.
Copywriting & Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-impact copy across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
Email Marketing: Design and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Landing Page Optimization: Lead the development and optimisation of landing pages to maximise conversion rates and enhance user experience.
Paid Media: Develop and manage paid media strategies across various platforms, optimising for ROI and customer acquisition.
Earned Media: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to generate positive coverage and organic growth.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimise strategies.
Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking ROI on all marketing activities.
Brand Development: Strengthen the brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Must Have) Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leadership role within the SaaS industry.
(Must Have) Strong understanding of SaaS marketing strategies and customer acquisition models.
Experience with B2B SaaS marketing.
(Must Have) Experience managing marketing budgets and optimising ROI.
(Must Have) Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
Experience with paid media management and performance analysis.
