Ruby On Rails Developer

We are looking for a developer with at least 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails, who also has knowledge in PHP, C++, and SQL. Purpose of Position: Development of Ruby on Rails based application. Responsibilities: Maintain and streamline the existing code base. Work with internal and external technical teams to diagnose issues and identify/implement solutions. Work with internal and external business and QA teams to understand new requirements and improvements to the products. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience developing web platforms. Solid knowledge using SQL and NoSQL databases. Repository management, GIT, Bitbucket. PHP and MSVC framework is a bonus. Good understanding of software engineering techniques needed for long lived code base. Good understanding of security concepts needed in developing web based applications with access to sensitive data. Experience with version control – ideally git.
