Knowledge in Developing and Consuming APIs. Participate in process walkthroughs with clients to understand the requirements in detail. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand the domain and process. Provide support to Business Analysts with Process Design Documentation if required. Provide support to Solution Architects with Solution Design Documentation if required. Work with Business Analysts and Solution Architects on Automation feasibility. Deliver POCs using best automation and design practices. Good understanding of Agile / Scrum based project delivery methodologies. Test Automation workflows prior to deployment. Build reusable components and custom components if necessary. Professional Competency: Understand requirements from the Project Lead and Internal Client Team/s and provide effective solutions to Clients. Be actively involved in Client Discussions / Meetings to understand their Pain Points and address those concerns by designing and deploying the best Automation Solutions. Assist in Analyzing effort estimate. Have an Analytical approach. Have a Technology First approach. Attend daily team meetings and provide valuable feedback and address any concerns. Ability to work independently and provide support to colleagues as needed. Track individual and team progress and work on improvements. Be a Solid Team Player and a Global Player. Must have excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal). Adapt to change with ease. Treat colleagues and clients with utmost respect. Provide value add by going the extra mile. Have a never say never attitude and keep up to date with latest trends and development in the Automation space. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Preferred Qualifications: BE / B. Tech in Computer Science or related Technical Field. Understanding of workflow-based logic and RE Framework. Basic programming / scripting knowledge in VBA / VB / Java / C# is a must. Python is an added advantage. Knowledge in Cognitive Automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is not mandatory but good to have. Excellent Development background in C#, C++, Java, .NET is an added advantage. Strong understanding of Databases and various application architectures. Excellent MS Office Skills, mainly Excel.
