Key Responsibilities: System Integration: Integrate sales, marketing, and finance systems for operational efficiency. Process Optimization: Refine sales and revenue processes to enhance effectiveness. Automation: Implement automation strategies using tools like Zapier and ChatGPT. CRM Management: Optimize CRM systems (Close.com) and ensure data accuracy. Data Analysis: Analyze sales, revenue, SaaS metrics, marketing campaign data, and support data for actionable insights. Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams on revenue strategies. Documentation: Create and update SOPs for all revenue operations processes. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report SaaS metrics, marketing campaigns, and support data. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in RevOps or similar roles with a focus on integration, optimization, automation, and data analysis. Technical Skills: Proficient in Zapier, ChatGPT, and CRM systems. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and generate insights. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. Problem-Solving: Strategic and effective problem-solving abilities. Collaboration: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
