Job Overview: VIP Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Professional Drafter to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. This position requires a strong understanding of Revit and drafting practices, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment for a U.S.-based company. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing detailed technical drawings and models for various projects, including low voltage systems, electrical designs, and other technology systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed Revit models and technical drawings for electrical, low voltage, and technology system designs. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to produce accurate and high-quality documentation. Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans to ensure alignment with project requirements. Coordinate and communicate with the U.S. team to ensure project milestones are met. Ensure all drawings and models adhere to company standards and project specifications. Assist in the preparation of documentation for permitting and construction. Update and revise Revit models as needed based on project changes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Revit Drafter or similar role. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant drafting software. Experience in electrical design, low voltage systems, and technology systems is highly preferred. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
