Your Job

The RGM & IMM Manager will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the implementation of RGM & IMM initiatives in LatamABUs to improve our Gross Profit. The position will work closely with the RGM leadera promoting best in class strategies and actions through 5 RGM Pillars (Pricing, PPA, Mix, Trade Promotion & Commercial Policy), being key person to connect with markets to create benchmarks and a robust community of practice across our region.

Who you are?

- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.

- English is required.

- 4-5 years related experience with Proven Track Record in RGM with Finance, Trade, Category and/or Sales background.

- Experienced leader preferably in FMCG industry


- Experience related with pricing analysis

- Influence and lead teams creating a climate that inspire.

- Hands-on profile, proactive and agile WOW (Move-Fast) in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Financial, Trade, Sales and Marketing leaders.

- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, efficiencies, and strategies. Comfort with data-driven decision-making, especially in maximizing return on investments.

- Good knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, price elasticity, return on investment, NRR and revenue optimization techniques

- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Financial, Trade, Sales and Marketing leaders. Project Management skills are desireable


- Excellent communication skills and both cultural and organization sensitivity with proven ability to work impactfully across diverse cultures and organizations and manage geographically remote teams.

What do you do?

- Develop, steer, and commercialize a 2-3 years RGM pipeline jointly with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Support the strategic pricing agenda in coordination with the GM, Marketing, and Finance, considering factors such as (a- Actual Price Indices vs. Preset Benchmarks b. Commodity Inflation and Currency c. Brand Priorities & Elasticities)
- Continuously assess competitive landscape, suggesting pricing and promotion mechanics to remain competitive.
- Pressure test strategic indices (price index, promo depth, mix assortment) and make recommendations accordingly.
- Conduct periodic price pack architecture (PPA)
diagnostics to identify white space opportunities and recommend adjustments/extensions to unlock profitable revenue growth.
- Monitor LATAM RGM guidelines and support local RGM teams to successfully implement a way of working that allows focusing on priorities to deliver Net Revenue Realization (NRR) and a solid 3-year RGM Pipeline of initiatives.
- Embed an ROI mindset by instilling ROI analytical capabilities and ensuring forums are in place for pre- and post-promo ROI analysis to course-correct or rationalize promo spend as needed.
- Work as a Project Manager supporting markets on development of RGM/IMM initiatives through the analysis of internal and external data.
- Support Integration of RGM & IMM initiatives into business planning processes (Category Strategy, SBP, quarterly financial forecasting).
- Develop and maintain scorecards to track monthly RGM performance, measuring initiatives' performance and other KPIs such as NRR,
Vol/Mix, GM%, MS, and others.
- Act as a change agent by helping elevate RGM capabilities through the adoption and dissemination of best tools and practices.
